After years of being bounced between specialists and having my symptoms attributed to conditions I already carried—or simply being dismissed altogether—seeing Dr. Ghazi has been a completely different experience. If you have multiple diagnoses or symptoms that don't fit neatly into one specialty, you know how easy it is to feel like you're "too complicated." For the first time in a long time, I feel like someone is genuinely trying to understand the whole picture instead of fitting everything into the easiest explanation. Dr. Ghazi asked thoughtful questions, considered multiple possibilities, ordered appropriate testing, and wasn't afraid to essentially say, "This may be outside my specialty, and here's who I think can help." What impressed me most is that she doesn't stop investigating just because one test is normal or because you already have existing diagnoses. She understands that complex patients don't always fit neatly into one box. She's willing to think critically, rule conditions in or out, and point patients toward physicians with the right expertise when needed. She's also incredibly engaged during appointments. Despite the detailed clinical notes I saw uploaded on the portal, I never felt like I was competing with a computer screen for her attention. Even more impressive, she puts real thought into her referrals. Instead of simply referring me to a hospital system or a large practice, she recommended specific physicians by name and even remembered feedback other patients had shared about their experiences. That gave me confidence that her recommendations came from genuinely paying attention to her patients and wanting them to receive the best care. If you've spent years wondering whether your symptoms are "just normal" because no one has taken the time to look deeper, this is the kind of physician you hope to find. When I left, she made sure I had a direction, and I felt heard and optimistic for the first time in a long while. I highly recommend Dr. Ghazi.

Very Detailed. Until I began seeing Dr. Ghazi. Other doctors were telling me to stop eating or there was no way to give me an allergy test of all the foods and just stop eating the foods that were making me ill. I didn't know want foods were causing me to have the different reactions. Also, I have chronic allergies. I was not given the proper relief I needed. Other doctors were giving me prescriptions. When one didn't work, I was given other medications to take and they were not rectifying my sinus problems. I was experiencing sinus infections three to four times a year. I have been going to Dr. Ghazi for over two years to get my allergies under control. I haven't had a sinus infections since.

Dr. Ghazi is so good! She is very attentive and cares about her patients. Her staff is well rounded and very kind.

What a good experience, very professional, doctor is the best.

Having lived through Covid has been crazy. I've been lucky enough to survive it but it's definitely not done with me yet. Dr Ghazi listened to all of my issues and really helped me out. She also helped me find a different cardiologist since she could not believe the way the one I was seeing was treating me.

I’ve struggled with allergies for many years (mild, tree pollen, cats, grasses, you name it) and finally grew tired of taking OTC allergy pills daily that did very little to help me. They took the time to understand what my allergies were and designed a custom regimen to help me. My quality of life has been amazing. I've been going to Dr. Ghazi ever since she moved to her Plano location. I have never been happier about choosing her for treating my allergies. 100% of the reviews have high accolades for Dr. Ghazi and believe every word that is written about her because she is amazing! She's one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. She has an internal medical background which is not easy to achieve and combining that with her expertise in the allergy field and you have a highly skilled doctor. Over the years her office has had it's ups and down with the staff but I don't believe that warrants for a low rating. Great, caring doctors are a dying breed. And trust me when I say that you have to deal with poor staff in every profession you run in to. She has a great staff now and her new technician that administers shots is one of the best. Dr. Ghazi is One of Dallas/Fort Worth Best Asthma and Allergies Doctor. When we first came in, we were scared and did not know what to expect. The Assistants were comfortable and very nice. They walked us though all the steps on how to find about your health and body. After Dr. Ghazi saw my wife and gave the diagnosis. My wife started to feel better once the regular shots started changing her sickness. We are still in the process of getting better. Amazing doctor!! Finding her was the turning point to my child health. She listens. Really listens. My child could barely function when we got to her. He had multiple heath issues. She treated what she could but she also got us in rapidly with other specialists to help us with his other conditions. HIGHLY recommend!!! Literally can’t say enough positives about her.

Dr. Ghazi cares about getting to the root of your allergy issues. I’ve been getting allergy shots for over a year now and have seen a major difference. It takes commitment but it’s worth it. I can enjoy being outdoors now. I used to be severely allergic to cats and now I can be around them without any issues.

When we made it to the clinic, the lady at the front desk was attentive and helped us with the tablet check in. The wait time was okay and the nurse was amazing! We watched Narcos on Netflix while my boyfriend did a breathing treatment (they have a TV in the patient rooms). When the doctor came in, she explained everything and had us laughing at the situation instead of completely stressing over it. All and all, this is a wonderful office and I'm glad I found them on Zocdoc!

I have to say that this is the first Spring allergy season in my whole life that I haven’t been miserable! I started my allergy shots a little over a year ago and wish I would’ve done this 20 years ago! I have been allergy free with no sinus infections this entire past year! Thank you Dr. GHAZI!

It would be very difficult to find a doctor who is more attentive to their patients than Dr. Ghazi and her staff. She asks many questions and always spends time answering the questions I have. Plus, I have done much better since I started treatments for my allergies.

Dr. Ghazi and her team are fantastic. As a patient with many doctors I can say that this is one of the most caring and patient doctors out of all of my caregivers. I highly recommend using her if you suffer from any allergies or MCAD/MCAS.

Great place to go to if you're in need of allergy relief. Dr Ghazi has helped me get better with my allergy and asthma symptoms to the point where I don't notice them anymore. The place is very clean and welcoming. This office visit today 12/1/18 was one of the best visits. I didn't want to go home lol I felt like I was at home.

After going through three allergists, I finally found Dr. Ghazi and have been going to her ever since. It's been over 3 years and I continue to come see her. Her knowledge in allergy medicine never ceases to amaze me. She takes the time to get to know her patients and their allergy history. Since being under her care, my symptoms have decreased tremendously and continue to get better.

Most doctor’s in the states don’t care about their patients and they are just doing a job. Not this clinic or Dr. Ghazi. They actually do care, they go beyond the typical patience-Doctor relationship and follow up with their patience, find cheap solutions, and help in resolving any health insurance issues. I was frustrated by taking shots and Dr. Ghazi offered to do a cluster protocol for free so that she can see me get better. I’m very thankful to her and the whole team.

When I first came here, I was not a believer that I had allergies and needed shots. Dr. Ghazi said to do testing "just in case" and when we did I had major allergies. After starting shots I felt so much better. Dr. Ghazi makes sure I am feeling well and getting better with every visit. She is the BEST!

Dr. Ghazi is amazing! I have been struggling with various health issues for the last 26years. After countless of surgeries, hospitalizations, medication and doctors across 2 continents I was finally diagnosed and put on treatment that actually works thanks to her. She is one of the very few specialists in Mast Cell Activation Disorders in the country and is dedicated in helping patients not only with testing and treatment in her domain but also helping them find the right specialist for any other comorbidities that are outside her field. She takes time to listen to all my issues and answer all my questions every time I see her and she is also prompt in replying to messages submitted through her patient portal. The office is very nice, clean and modern equipped with the customer experience in mind.

Dr. Ghazi is phenomenal! I am currently on my final round of cluster shots. I have been to 2 other doctors that never diagnosed me as severe astmatic. Once on the correct inhaler (brio) I could breathe better immediately. My allergies appear to be almost gone. I was wheezing at night and could not sleep for months. After first visit and put on inhaler... no wheezing at all. I was at 50% breathing capacity on my first breathing test. Now I am at 90% and I feel it too!😎 I see a lot bad comments on the staff. They are just straight shooters and tell you the truth to get you where you need to be. They care and will get you better. Just have tough skin.

One of my favorite doctors, and one of the only ones I totally trust! I’m a complex case and have had a million doctors be wrong about things so for me to 100% trust this doctor is a huge deal! She can give you hope if you have MCAS which is so rare. Some of the ladies on staff are not super professional but what can you do. The doctor is so awesome that I put up with the not so great nurses. Worth it anyway!!

Dr.Ghazi is an amazing doctor. She has taken great care of my daughters and they just love her. I really appreciate how she speaks directly to the girls, as well, and includes them in their own treatment plan. Dr. Ghazi respects the patient and realizes the importance of the patient taking ownership over their own health. Oh and lest I forget, thank you for basically curing them of their asthma. 😊

The best allergist in town! Hands down. Excellent service and patient care. Front desk staff and nurses are very helpful, each visit is a breeze and the therapy is actually working. Spring is fun again!

Very friendly and professional

Dr. Ghazi has been extremely helpful in managing myself and kids. The staff is super kind and always friendly. My only complaint is that sometimes we have to wait 30 mins or more for appointment to start, but given the quality of care I just bring a book.

My wife and I were looking for a way to control all our allergies, since both of us are asthmatic, our life has been complicated and that reflects not only in our life, but in our jobs also. I work as a consultant for a software company and my job makes me travel a lot, so finding a place with a very flexible agenda was a big thing for me. I believe that I have been super lucky of finding Dr Ghazi and her staff: her methods and treatment were compatible with my agenda and have been helping me a lot: I have been able to sleep without waking up because of shortness of breath since I started the treatment. Conveniently located near 121, and open on Saturdays for allergy injections. Plus, Dr. Ghazi is super nice and will help with a treatment to get your allergies under control. It is nice being able to breathe in the Spring while others suffer from the high pollen counts!

I’ve taken allergy shots here for over a year and I’m satisfied with everything. They have also improved themselves over time with many new safety procedures. That is good.
